This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors at Fayafi’s offices and operational sites.

• Fayafi Investment Holding Limited follows the health guidelines set by the World Health Organization (WHO) and local government health authorities in regions where we operate.
• Vaccination against communicable diseases, including COVID-19, influenza, and other region-specific health concerns, is encouraged but not mandatory, unless required by law or public health advisories.
• Employees traveling for business in regions with specific vaccine requirements must comply with local travel health mandates.

• Fayafi supports vaccination initiatives by providing relevant information, resources, and access to vaccinations for employees.
• Employees are encouraged to consult healthcare professionals to make informed vaccination decisions.
• Paid leave or flexible work arrangements may be provided for employees receiving vaccinations or experiencing post-vaccination symptoms.

• Employees who choose not to be vaccinated for medical, religious, or personal reasons must adhere to alternative health and safety measures, including but not limited to: 
  • Regular health screenings and/or testing where necessary.
  • Wearing masks and maintaining social distancing in high-risk environments.
  • Following hygiene and sanitation protocols as per company guidelines.

• Employees representing Fayafi at international events, conferences, or meetings must comply with host country vaccine requirements.
• The company will provide guidance and support for fulfilling necessary health documentation for travel.

• Fayafi adheres to strict confidentiality policies regarding employee health data.
• Any medical information, including vaccination status, will be handled in accordance with global data protection regulations (GDPR, DIFC Data Protection Law, and relevant local laws).
